About Me *
Hi, I’m Pea, and I’m a coach, writer, and behavioural engineer.
That last bit isn’t just a snappy title — it’s how I live and work. With a background in engineering and teaching, I see the world (and human behaviour) in terms of systems. Patterns. Inputs and outputs. I believe that change doesn’t come from waiting for motivation or having perfect self-belief. It comes from small, consistent actions — things you can do, even on the hard days.
I’m here to help you build the life you actually want. Not the one that looks good on paper. Not the one you’ve been told to want. The one that feels aligned, meaningful, and real.
What I Stand For
I stand for pragmatic self-help. For routines over resolutions. For science-backed mindset shifts — without the toxic positivity or the hustle culture nonsense.
I stand for women — especially women in STEM and those in major life transitions — who are tired of pushing through, hiding their brilliance, or playing smaller than they want to.
I believe in:
Alignment over achievement-for-achievement’s-sake
Grit, but the quiet, sustainable kind
Self-awareness that leads to action, not shame
Compassionate challenge — the kind that gets you unstuck without beating you up
Flexible consistency — systems that bend when life does
How I Work
I coach from experience, not from a pedestal.
I’ve reinvented myself more than once — through burnout, through heartbreak, through career changes, and through the slow, sometimes painful process of figuring out who I really am. I’ve worked in male-dominated industries. I’ve built systems that change behaviour. I’ve studied mindset, motivation, and ambivalence in depth.
And I’ve tested every single thing I teach on myself first.
Whether I’m writing on Substack, coaching one-on-one, or creating self-help tools, I bring a blend of logic and heart, structure and soul, engineering and empathy.
If you’re someone who’s smart but stuck — I see you. And I’m here to help you move.
A Bit More About Me
I’m heavily tattooed, heavy metal-loving, and allergic to anything too “fluffy.” (I do love a sequin though or a bit of sparkle!)
I’m endlessly curious — knowledge is my fuel.
I believe anyone can change. Yes, anyone.
I’ve been told I’m “a little intimidating” — but that melts fast once we talk.
I don’t believe in gurus. I believe in growth. Yours. Mine. Ours.
