You're struggling to access this content because it’s built for neurotypical people, for folks with plenty of time on their hands, with a life/body/brain which supports their ability to focus on long-form content.
That's not a personal flaw. That's either neuroscience or life being… well, life-y.
And these issues can be worked with.
I want to help you access what everyone else can - so that you can take the small steps that’re needed to help you to gain confidence, to start to believe that change IS possible for you.
So you can become the person who was always there underneath all that self doubt and frustration.

Who I am
I'm Pea. Coach, author, ex-software engineer, heavily tattooed, multi-pierced heavy metal-loving human being. 🤘
I spent nearly 30 years in tech & education doing what I was told. Being professional. Being palatable. Keeping the real me firmly in a box labelled too much. Toeing the line. Biting my tongue.
I was good at it. I was also dying inside.
When I finally left - voluntarily, on my own terms 🖕 - I realised something: everything I'd been told was my problem was actually my power.
The directness. The intensity. The refusal to pretend things are fine when they're not. My own brand of neurodivergence.
All of it. Power.
And you? Same. All of it. Power.
You don't need fixing. You need unleashing.
What I bring
I'm not your average coach, and I mean that practically, not as a marketing line.
I create micro courses, which are short, hypothesis-based challenges which you can use to gain confidence that change is possible for all of us. I believe that success/failure are just data points, evidence to help you decide what to do next, not a judgement on your worth as a person.
The content I share takes into account that the reader might have limited time/focus/energy in order to engage and get value from it, and I use a three-option system with Short/Medium/Long form versions of the content.

I come with 20+ years of mentoring and coaching experience, so I not only know how to listen properly to you, I know how to ask just the right challenging questions at the right time to make you think properly about things and to help you to make real breakthroughs.
I come with a systems brain - nearly three decades as a software engineer taught me to look at complex, broken systems and figure out exactly why they're not working. You are not a broken system. But the one you've been living inside? Absolutely is. Let's reverse-engineer your way out of it.
